The new wing in ICC is open. Valkyries cleared the first wing last week, great job!! We also had some solid work on Uncle Fester and Snotface. We did kill their puppies several times so that was fun =D Aries knocked out Uncle Fester in 10 man and a number of teams will be going in tonight for more work before the reset.

First off a big Happy Birthday to Rei-something-ari! He’s like old today and stuff.
Also a big grats to Raven on an ICC clear and Soul Calibre on killing the first two bosses in ICC. Also great job last night Valkyries on getting through the first three bosses.
Dragons clear ICC. Ravens knock down 3 of four in ICC. Pheonix clears ICC. Some very good weeks for everyone. Great Job all!!!
Also a Happy New Year to everyone. There is some new information on the forums so check that out.

I would like to call out a few people who deserve some kudos.
Thank you all team leads: Vivacity, Akshak, Goodsoul, Solaryn. You guys have been doing a great job getting things done on your teams. Love having kudos for the teams to give out each week. I also know that each of your team members appreciate all you do. Also a shout out to Kaveman and Panthan for keeping Phoenix going during it’s transition period.
I would also like to give some kudos to Calief who has put together on awesome list of who crafts what in the guild. This wasn’t even asked for but is just great, thank you Calief!
Also thank you to everyone in the guild who has given of themselves either in donations to the guild bank, donations of time, and for just being a part of making AMR such a great guild to be a part of.

So yah 3.3 has landed and we dove right in. Valkyries went in and downed the first boss in 25 man. Aries cleared all 4 in 10 man. After clearing all of ToC and Onyxia, Dragon’s went in and gave the smack down to 3 of 4 in ICC. One hell of a fine week.
We have some new initiates, so take some time to get to know them and put your two cents in. Violetstorm celebrated her birthday yesterday, Happy Birthday Violet. Fladrin’s Birthday is tomorrow, Happy Birthday Fladrin. JoJo celebrates her Birthday on Friday, Happy Birthday JoJo!
Oh and don’t forget Winter Veil starts TODAY. We will be putting together some PvP groups this Saturday for anyone who needs the PvP Achievements.

Patch 3.3 is live… well loading for the moment. Have to say I am excited about the new content. According to blizzard this will be the last content patch for Lich King. Of course they will be spreading it out as much as possible. Part of what that means is we will have new content over a period of time. All in all, lots of new things to do from new reps to grind, new 5 mans and of course the new 10 and 25 man raids.
We have come a long way since Lich King was released. We are up to five 10 man teams now. Each team progressing well and I hope having fun a long the way. The 25 man team has accomplished a lot. We have progressed through a lot of content and a lot of very hard encounters. We have also added a lot of great new players to a lot of great old players =) As I look back proudly over what we have accomplished I look forward to more accomplishments. I also see how much the team has changed and grown. With that growth I feel it is time for a new name as we move ever forward. Goodbye to Team Unicorn, we salute you. Hello Team Valkyrie. I do believe that we have a team capable of accomplishing any challenge thrown at us.
That being said I hope everyone enjoys the server crashes and horrendous lag of Patch Day!
As we eagerly anticipate the coming patch we have some celebrating to do. Our very very own four-armed healer is celebrating his birthday today O.O and Macesis celebrates her birthday tomorrow. Happy Birthday to Holymight and Macesis. May the gifts be big and expensive!!

Wanted to give a quick shout out to a few people.
For starters Birthdays. Some of our alumni VOlition adn Studnmufins had and will have birthdays soon. Happy birthdays guys. Also this Sunday one of our returners celebrates his birthday, happy birthday Rhayden.
Some accomplishments were had. Great job to all those who got their Glory to the Hero accomplishments. To name a few, Vylisa, Alekryn, Vivacity and Jehane. Grats all!!
As we share time with families and think about giving thanks, well thank you all for being part of the AMR family and I wish you all the best. Now go stuff yourselves!
First off a big grats to the Soulcalibre team on their first night of raiding. Got a lot of stuff done, a great job by everyone. A thank you to Goodsoul for taking up the mantel of leadership for that team. A thank you to all the team leads for organizing and getting your runs together. The guild as a whole has accomplished a lot of great things, from individuals to all the teams.
As such a big grats for the Dragons team on downing the Northrend Beasts in ToGC.
Grats to Brian for mount number 100…. crazy man, crazy. And a kudos on everyone who was so graciously willing to allow Brian the Sarth 3D Drake to hit number 100. My hat’s off to you all.
Grats to Aries on downing everything up to Anub in heroic mode.
And finally a big howdy duty Happy Birthday for this next Friday to Kimberley who turns….. =P
